Home made tagliatelle, rolled out with the rolling pin and served with ham, faithful to the tradition from Romagna, or with the classic “Bolognese” meet sauce.
Vegetables soups, bean soup and cereals one.
Sliced ham and salami, and cheeses served with home made marmalades in the traditional tastes or with mint, paprika, pear, “radicchio trevigiano”, onions, orange and apple.
Fried potatoes like those made in the olden days…to be booked in advance!
The desserts all home made: cottage cheese cake, tarts, chocolates cakes, meringues and ravioli with raisin wine.
